Boulders Fallen In Residentia​l Area

This morning at 8:39am, someone reported 2 boulders fell from a hill, and landed on 2 unoccupied vehicles in a residential neighborhood on Quintara Street at 12th Avenue. There are no reported injuries, from this incident.

Quintara Street, between Cragmont Avenue, and 12th Avenue had been shutdown. Parnassus Bus Line has been shutdown in both directions at this location. Parnassus Bus Line is switching back at 14th Avenue, and Noriega Street.

DEM has been monitoring the situation, since it began, and will conducted check-ins every 2 hours, until the situation is stabilized.
